A silverplated kilt pin style brooch or cape pin featuring images of Emily Wilding Davison and the Suffragette motto "Deeds not Words". Emily was a militant activist fighting for women's suffrage in Britain. On 4 June 1913, she stepped in front of King George V's horse running in the Epsom Derby, sustaining injuries that resulted in her death four days later. The pin is approx 5cms across and has sweet little half pearls studded into the Votes for Women frame.

A Little Note about SHIPPING - PLEASE READ!!! FREE SHIPPING EVERYWHERE :-)
We send our parcels within the UK by 1st Class post. We send parcels to countries outside the UK by Airmail post. Please note that this is not a tracked service. If you do require tracking, this is an extra GBP £6.00 UK (£6.50 overseas) which you can select at checkout. We do obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate for every item posted.
Please remember that deliveries outside the UK are in most cases received in about 7 to 10 days but occasionally they do take longer. Sometimes they get 'stuck' in your country's Customs but thankfully this does not happen often. If it does though, please be a little patient and be prepared to give it a few weeks.
In our little studio here in the north of England, we are making some wonderful and unique costume jewellery for you. Every single one of our bracelets will be unique therefore you will never see exactly the same on someone else at a festival or party or wherever you choose to wear your Vee piece.
