Ida B Wells Pin Brooch

A stunning brooch featuring Ida B Wells, the African-American Journalist and Activist who shone a light on the truth of the barbaric acts of lynching in the United States which occurred most frequently between 1890 and the 1920s. She also campaigned for women's rights and fought for women's suffrage.
This lovely bronze kilt pin is a fitting tribute to this brave woman. The pin carries a fabulous image of Ida, her quotation "The way to right wrongs is to turn the light of truth upon them", black faceted crystal beads, the female Venus symbol charm and a silky silver grey bow (or you can choose another colour - just mention it when you order). The pin is approx 5cms across. All handmade by us!

We send our parcels within the UK by 1st Class post. FREE SHIPPING for UK and LOW shipping cost for overseas.
We send parcels to countries outside the UK by Royal Mail International Standard which usually takes about 5 to 10 days. We obtain proof of posting receipt for every item posted. Please note that this is NOT a tracked service - (if you would like your parcel tracked then this is an extra GB £ 7.50 - please select the TRACKED option at checkout).

Please remember that deliveries outside the UK are in most cases received in about a week but occasionally they do take longer. Sometimes they get 'stuck' in your country's Customs but thankfully this does not happen often. If it does though, please be a little patient and be prepared to give it a few weeks.
