Sojourner Truth Pin Brooch

A stunning brooch to pay tribute to this amazing woman - Sojourner Truth, born an enslaved person in approximately 1797 and escaped to freedom with her infant daughter in 1826.   Sojourner went on to become an outspoken advocate for abolition, temperance, and civil and women’s rights.   

This pin features an image of Sojourner with one of her quotes "Truth is powerful and it prevails" along with an antique lantern charm  and glass pearls.  The pin is approx 5cms across.

We send our parcels within the UK by 1st Class post. 
We send parcels to countries outside the UK by Royal Mail International Standard which usually takes about 7 to 10 days. We obtain proof of posting receipt for every item posted. Please note that this is NOT a tracked service - (if you would like your parcel tracked then this is an extra GB £ 6.50 - please select the TRACKED option at checkout).

Please remember that deliveries outside the UK are in most cases received in about 7 to 10 days but occasionally they do take longer. Sometimes they get 'stuck' in your country's Customs but thankfully this does not happen often. If it does though, please be a little patient and be prepared to give it a few weeks.
