Peterloo Keyring - Bicentenary August 2019

£1 from each sale of this keyring goes to Peterloo Memorial Campaign who are campaigning for a respectful, informative and permanent memorial to this major event in the history of Manchester, UK and its people.

A bronzeplated keyring with the words "Remember Peterloo". The quote is covered with a glass cabochon (approx 18x25mm). 

In August 1819 over 60,000 pro-democracy (just 2% of the population could vote) and anti-poverty protesters from Manchester & surrounding areas gathered peacefully. Cavalry charged into the crowd and an estimated 18 people, including four women and a child, died from sabre cuts and trampling. Nearly 700 men, women and children received extremely serious injuries. All for demanding political reform and freedom from poverty.

We send our parcels within the UK by 1st Class post. FREE SHIPPING for UK and a LOW shipping cost for overseas :-)
We send parcels to countries outside the UK by Royal Mail International Standard which usually takes about 7 to 10 days. We obtain proof of posting receipt for every item posted. Please note that this is NOT a tracked service - (if you would like your parcel tracked then this is an extra GB £ 7.50 - please select the TRACKED option at checkout).

Please remember that deliveries outside the UK are in most cases received in about a week but occasionally they do take longer. Sometimes they get 'stuck' in your country's Customs but thankfully this does not happen often. If it does though, please be a little patient and be prepared to give it a few weeks.
